As it’s the Bram Stoker Festival this weekend, we’ve added a QR code to a piece of street art to enable you to download a softcopy of Dracula.
OUTCOMES:
This trial cost Dublin City Council €0.
DECISION:
Persevere.
There is a need to create a further iteration of this project at a larger scale.
