Dublin Beta Projects

All Beta Projects are assessed at the end of the trial period, with one of the following 5 outcomes:

1. Pull

Solution doesn't appear to work, or was a solution looking for a problem.
Pull it.

2. Pause

A useful decision can not (or should not) be made just now.
Pause the project for the moment.

3. Pivot

There's a need to reconsider the initial aim and direction of the project.
Pivot, using learnings gained to date.

4. Persevere

Seems to be working, but we need to learn more before we know for sure.
Persevere, and develop another iteration of the trial.

5. Proceed

The solution would appear to work.
Proceed to the next stage and develop policy, roll out, or take out of beta.
