Happy 2018!

Back after the Christmas break, blowing off the cobwebs and looking over everything with fresh eyes.

Just to publicly blackmail ourselves - the aim is at least 25 Beta Projects (stages) during 2018.

This will very likely be a tough target (bit hard to gauge as it's hard to compare to the previous experience of developing Beta part-time), but good to have!

We've also begun to set up a Beta Library. The idea is that it will be a shelf somewhere with books that we've found interesting and/or want to read, and that are primarily about changing thought processes and ways of working.

We’ve ordered a pile of books through @dubcilib to begin to create a ‘Beta library’. The first 2 books just arrived (via @popupcity @feasta_tweets).
